Just off the old Morton Brewery in Kingston is one of the most famous ships of the War of 1812. In only 30 feet of water at the most is the remains of the HMS St. Lawrence, When first launched she gave a scare to the Americans just a the sight of her. After the war and the Bagot agreement she became a storage facility for the the Morton Brewery where she sunk and was forgotten about.
