Ivy Lea Park

KEY STATS:
Depths to 250ft (77m)
Location: St. Lawrence River, Ivy Lea, Ontario, Canada

Ivy Lea park is located under the Thousand Islands bridge, on the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence River. This has to be one of the best training grounds there is for technical and advanced students. The site has a lot to offer, with depths up to 250 ft (77m) in spots, strong current, old boats ranging from a rum runner to several row boats (including a canoe). If you're a boat hunter, there's even a dive for you. Caution must be taken at all times for a current is present and can take you deeper than you intended

The park is a campground so you must pay admission ($2.50CDN) at the gate. Campers and swimmers also use the beach, so be respectful of them.
